Specifically, what information needs to go to whom to be effective?

 

I would think that the short term objective would be to target information
that would get terra preta on the agenda of the working groups. Is it clear
what group or category terra preta would fit into? Are there specific
committee chairs that should receive this information?

 

While there is some great descriptive information about TP does anyone have
a "white paper" ready to use?

 

Does anyone have any model projects that could be used as examples?
