[Terrapreta] best practices and carbon credits

Since we are in the position of advocating for carbon credits for
sequestration in the soils,
someone(s) should start thinking about how good practices might be
integrated into the
scheme.

It's way beyond me, but I thought  it would be good to put it out there.
