a very interesting new initiative from google that would hear
proposals in the gasification and agrichar realm.  silicon valley
technologists have a strong bias towards pv and other high tech
solutions.  combustion based solutions feel intuitively incorrect
within the circle usually, but TP might be a new route to get a
hearing.
