Hi Allan,

Just called Dr. Ablevor at VT. He says that the VA Dept of Environmental
Quality (DEQ) is still processing his air quality permit because Closed-Loop
Pyrolysis does not fit into any of their categories, ie it's not an incinerator
or combustion process, but he hopes it will come through this month. This
will allow him to bring the reactor to VA from Colorado, with the newly
designed condenser train.
