[Terrapreta] Where do you get it?

i actually disagree with the premise that soils are poor and likely beyond the remediation effects of terra preta.  As I have posted, the active ingredient is the acidic crystal structure of elemental carbon.  This can hold nutrients until reacquired by the plants and other biota.  This also suggests the possibility of removing toxins from easy access by the same agents.

We are certain of the retention mechanism.  We are not so certain on the remedial aspects.  For example, I know nothing of the effect on saline soils currently unusable.  I suspect a lot of work is needed.
