Most people have no idea of the scientific process
(This is getting worse, as more and more people abandon science for dogma).
Articles like this are likely to enthuse people.

No to my understanding the TP list is not exclusively about TP. "science"
It is also about hearts and mind if you wish to do something about Global
Warming
