[Terrapreta] Press release about Farm Bill is wrong

Hi All'
 
I posted Mike Bowmen of the American Farm Bureau's 25X25 Initiative, he had  
a hand in getting the biochar language in the bill. He said he was  traveling 
and  would send me an update on his return.
 
I seem to recall that $500 million was the original request......let's hope  
it's closer to that than 3.
