You are absolutely right, Bob.  My mistake.  The Ideal Gas Law would not apply.  Please forgive my stupid oversight.  I actually should have known this and I feel ashamed of that post now.

  I would respectfully submit that the pressure inside a sealed bomb 
  containing organic matter would be 145 psi not 22.3 psi as was stated 
  elsewhere.

  The calculation given by SKB only works for non-condensible 
  gases.  The organics contain and breakdown to water hence the steam table.
