    I found this 2007 hydrothermal citation, which came after the other 
today from the Max Planck Institute in 2006:

   I take this to be very good news- as it shows worldwide interest, and no 
patent issues.

    Dr. Antonietti is quoted as saying:  "....probably too valuable a
