It is more than a little risky, it would be a disaster.

OK!!... Can those programs be "put on steroids" with adequate funding, 
so that his theory can be proven or disproven in the shortest possible 
time? By proceeding from truth and fact, we can develop a plan of action 
that will work. Why risk Life as we now know it on a guess by Consensus 
Science that Man's GHG emissions are causing GW?
