[Terrapreta] Flaring the off gas

Hi folkes,

Well, in my experiments with a simple TLUD based charcoal maker I 
haven't yet managed to flare the OffGas. My Bad, Mea Culpa.
Why? well I'm still trying to get the system working properly. The last 
burn I managed to get a clean exhaust for a few minutes, but then things 
got pearshaped. Still working on it---- or would be. Here we have this 
drought, my shire just went onto level 2 restrictions, and it won't stop 
raining. Gives me these schizoid feelings, happy for the sky juice, 
shatoff because all my stuff is wet.
