No, I do not feel there is any fundamental problem with your assertion.
I expect the Agricultural Benefits and the Climate Change (Improvement) Benefits from using "Neo Terra Preta" land reforming will BOTH RISE, each on their own respective merits.
I think these "Benefits" will occur more nearly simultaneously from both, sooner or later (and sooner than you do). I don't think there has to be one without the other. Or, that either is necessarily dependent in any way on the other or any of the accruing "Benefits" of the other. You somehow keep putting this question to me in some sort of an "exclusive-or (XOR)" paradigm, it seems; "one or the other, but not both?" Do you see that we can agree? ONE and BOTH can actually happen in reality, so we would both be right.
