In your plot tests how will you measure whether charcoal has improved
Frankia sp. inoculation? Will you physically see an abundance of nodules on
the Alnus rubra roots compared with the control? Will you be able to
photograph, weigh or physically measure an improvement? Will you see a
measureable improvement in plant growth? Will the foliar analysis reflect
improved inoculation?

 

What were you able to see in your previous tests?
