[Terrapreta] Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on Terra Preta...?

Hi Christell

I dont know what document format the FAQ will be in, but would it be
worthwhile thinking of putting the text on a wiki site, so it could get
updated and extended by others, while you/someone retains some degree of
central editorial control?
