You were right.  My computer was to blame.  I copied of course off the
address bar - and this time I was able tom see that my computer added a few
characters to the address.  When I took the offending characters out
manually, Folke's paper came up for me also.  I will look for it again.  I
vaguely recall this happening before,  but I go to websites like this 10
times a day and have few problems.  Weird.

 

Folke:  I am trying to do similar computations.  I will be back with you
soon.  Will you be attending the September IBI meeting in Newcastle?  Paper
on same topic?

 

    If you have a way to make the 10 MB paper available again, that would be
most appreciated.  I might be able to receve that much (comcast?)  - but am
pretty sure I can receive 5 MB.

 

    Thanks in advance, if anything is possible.

You computer seems to be adding unnecessary characters. When I highlight the
file I get:

It downloads fine. 

 

The other file Folke will have to make available. It’s about 10 MB.

Here's hoping Folke can re-send lots to both of us - so you can fix this
