[Terrapreta] Ice-age anyone?

In not going to get involved in this discussion other than to say that there is a marine research institute over on the east coast and allot of the scientist there tend to believe that a solid warming trend will trigger a global cooling event due to the ice melting and the stopping the gulf stream from bringing warn water from the equator to the northern latitudes - their argument is fairly convincing.

  but PROF R M CARTER is a well respected academic. marine geophysics. a paleoclimatologist if ever there was one. please take the trouble to look up his list of papers and reputation.  read the article. his main area of research has been marine sediment core drilling analysis. he is extremely well informed on these matters . 
  you really should not be slagging people off without a little bit of care and reflection.
