I am not sure this falls into the TP arena, but it is possible that a proposal about
getting usable oil out of a biochar formation process might be of interest.

But biochar may well not have percolated this organisation yet.

 

The Pyrolysis Challenge: Request for Expressions of Interest

The Carbon Trust is seeking Expressions of Interest in developing a commercially viable
pyrolysis oil upgrading process, through applied research and development. The Trust is
planning to make a £5-6m investment to support this project. Full details of the process
