[Terrapreta] Making Charcoal in a Drum

Jeff,  here are two ways of making charcoal with a drum(s). The first 
(http://www.eaglequest.com/~bbq/charcoal) is similar but, I think, 
simpler than the method you linked to below. The other method is more 
efficient but a larger system 
(http://www.twinoaksforge.com/BLADSMITHING/MAKING%20CHARCOAL.htm). I'm 
putting together one similar to the second.
