Upon reading that Christoph's book "Slash and Char" was now available I  
tried ordering it from Amazon only to learn it wasn't available in the  
US yet.  So I wrote to Christoph and got this from him:

  And I hope that the shiping is not too expensive. I found the book on  
Amazon.de but not on Amazon.com. Would be good if it would be available  
on amazon.com. Maybe you could request that from the publisher?

So perhaps if we all requested that Amazon carry the book and that the  
publisher offer it in the US we might gain access to it.

Or we could just order the pdf and save the paper.
