[Terrapreta] Vinegar

Dear Mark and All,


First wood vinegar is allowed to settle for three month, this removes soot
and tars. Next, for human consumption, it is distilled to remove any
carcinogens. It is also used as a soil amendment and
pesticide/bug-repellant.

My own experience (first year) is that the wood vinegar was more valuable
for the plants than the charcoal.
