[Terrapreta] Terra Preta on Radio

Wow, that was fast.  I just heard this story on the Radio about 25 minutes
ago and rushed back to my computer to tell everyone that Terra Preta just
got National attention in Canada on CBC Quirks and Quarks.  It was a great
story and very heartening to hear from one of our National institutions, the
CBC.  Hopefully it will help to spur more research (and researchers) in
Canada.

The CBC has a Science Program, "Quirks and Quarks". Among other things,
their show today ran a section on Terra Preta.

You can choose the entire program, ( about 1 hour) or only the section on
Terra Preta. (About 10 minutes).You can listen to it directly, or download
for future reference. If interested, you should go there before next week's
program airs.
