The Writers whole point seems to be that the IPCC selected the 
Scientists  who gave them the answers they wanted, and payed no heed to 
those who held a differing opinion. Why don't you write him and get the 
details first hand?

You make a very good case for the IPCC to be part of a conspiracy. A few 
people and corporations stand to make a lot of money if the IPCC 
recommendations are followed and "carbon trading" comes about in a 
bigger way. I understand, for example, that Al Gore owns a carbon 
trading company.
