But the best policy, by far, is to ignore trolls.  Then we won't waste 
our time and electrons responding to them.  They're going to keep 
cropping up on this list, and short of moderating all submissions or 
outright banning them, there's not much can be done.  But please, resist 
the impulse to reply.  That's called "feeding the trolls", and it just 
encourages them and keeps their drivel alive.
